Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Fitness Instructor to lead fitness classes specifically designed for seniors. • Design and conduct classes. Develop and lead engaging group fitness sessions suitable for seniors, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health.

• Equipment Management:

• Certificated in fitness instruction, preferably with a specialization in senior fitness (Silver Sneakers)
• Proven experience in leading group fitness classes with a focus om senior populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR with a current certification
• A compassionate end patient demeanor, with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by older adults.
