Bus Operator – Fairfax Connector

We are currently looking for experienced CDL Bus Operators with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements to join our elite team in Fairfax County. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $25.23 per hour (during training)
• $27.33 per hour (after training)

• Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 23 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and air brake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen.
