CCS is hiring for the exciting Bulk Tech position, a fundamental role in delivering our property services to the apartment communities we serve. The Bulk Tech role consists of loading furniture and other bulky items onto a box truck or trailer and hauling them to the landfill. • Using a company truck (and possibly trailer), drive to all properties daily on an assigned route
• Check in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property
• Load heavy items onto the truck using proper stacking techniques
• Haul items to the assigned landfill
• Empty items from the trailer or truck
• Work quickly and efficiently to complete pickups in a timely manner

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs at a time
• Must be able to get in and out of the truck dozens of times throughout the shift
• Must be able to work quickly
• Must be willing to get dirty and comfortable with the smells at a landfill
• Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for 10+ hours at a time

• Driver's license and driving record in good standing

Candidates selected for hire may be required to complete a pre-employment drug screening, consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Screening may include testing for marijuana where permitted by relevant regulations. Compliance with all screening requirements is a condition of employment.

Positions that involve driving company vehicles or driving on company business are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, conducted in accordance with applicable laws. To qualify for driving duties, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Hold a current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• Be at least 21 years old and have maintained a valid license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Have no Major Violations (Type I) within the past 36 months.
• Successfully pass a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
