• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain and update pricing databases for materials and labor.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes and availability of materials.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.

• Proven experience as an estimator in the millwork or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of door and window products and installation processes.
• Proficiency in estimating software, the Excel, Quick Books, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction estimating are a plus.
