• Valid California Teaching Credential required (Preliminary or Clear)

• Passion for working with children; ability to motivate and support students in reaching high levels of academic success
• Outstanding skills in problem-solving and critical-thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
• Well-grounded in learning and reinforcement theory
• Ability to work with students individually and in small or large groups
• Successful classroom experience preferred
• Ability to efficiently interpret, manage, and utilize multiple sets of data in order to best support student’s progress
• A results-oriented, goal driven, team approach to work
• Ability to be flexible and revise priorities in accordance with the requirements of student needs, school goals and district priorities along with a strong commitment to learn

• Provide targeted instruction to various students; working with Reading Lab program or upper grades (4-8)

• $38.00 per hour, set schedule up to 28 hours per week
• Eligible to participate in BTSA/Induction program with Orange County Office of Education (OCDE)
