The Center Services Manager is a hands-on leader who helps bring the First Steps center experience to life (This is not a BCBA caseload position)

You’ll oversee group activities, enrichment and summer programs, center routines, and RBT support
, while helping create an organized, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

This is a great fit for someone who loves working with children and teams, enjoys being in the middle of the action, and is ready to take on more leadership responsibility.

This is a center-based leadership and program support role.

You will:

• Lead and support engaging group activities and center-based programming (includes seasonal summer program)
• Support RBTs and Instructors with day-to-day implementation and problem-solving
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to Instructors and Lead Instructors
• Help coordinate the daily center schedule and keep programming running smoothly
• Support breaks, transitions, room assignments, and center flow
• Collaborate with Program Directors and center leadership to support high-quality services

• Strong performance in a Behavior Technician or similar role
• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in ABA, or BCaBA
• Experience working with children and supporting a team
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Someone who is comfortable taking initiative and solving problems in a busy environment
• A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for children and families
• Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend, summer, or community programs

Salary: $27–$31/hour, depending on experience
