200K - 250K

The Vice President of Operations will lead manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions for a growth-stage clean energy technology company. This role focuses on building scalable, efficient operations that support the delivery of advanced energy and sustainability solutions while meeting cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing operations for the assembly and testing of complex energy and industrial systems, with an emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence across production planning, capacity management, and process optimization as the business grows.
  • Oversee supply chain strategy, including supplier performance, lead times, quality, and cost control.
  • Implement and maintain a Quality Management System, including ISO-aligned processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering and commercial teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with customer and business requirements.
  • Provide operational oversight for externally supported projects and field deployments, coordinating with vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience leading operations within technology-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Background in industrial, energy, clean tech, or sustainability-focused sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience operating in both structured and fast-growing environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO-based quality systems and ERP platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex production and development efforts from early stages through sustained manufacturing.
  • Solid program, cost, and schedule management skills.
  • Hands‑on, results‑oriented leadership style with the ability to operate effectively across functions.
