Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Lead Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a food manufacturing facility in Los Alamitos, CA
. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, onsite workforce support, employee relations, and partnering closely with client supervisors and HR teams to meet production staffing needs.
Pay: $30–$35 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility required for early start times, occasional weekend coverage, and travel between nearby client locations)
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environment, including onsite staffing experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and workforce management
- Hands‑on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate records, and onboarding documentation
- Proven ability to build and maintain a candidate pipeline or talent pool for immediate and ongoing staffing needs
- Experience working directly with operations managers, supervisors, and HR teams
- Background in employee relations, attendance management, and performance coaching
- Ability to pass a 7‑year criminal background check and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Experience in Tempworks ATS and ADP timekeeping
- Experience creating recruiting materials using Canva or similar tools
- Prior titles such as Onsite Recruiter, Bilingual Recruiter, Onsite Staffing Coordinator, Onsite Account Manager, Onsite Workforce Coordinator, or Onsite Staffing Manager are a plus.

- Manage full‑cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support high‑volume manufacturing staffing needs
- Conduct interviews in English and Spanish (in‑person and virtual)
- Source candidates within Spanish‑speaking communities using job boards, referrals, and social media recruiting
- Create and manage job postings, including visual ads and scheduled social media posts
- Partner with client supervisors and HR to ensure coverage, placement success, and workforce stability
- Support attendance tracking, associate coaching, performance documentation, and progressive discipline when needed
- Communicate schedules and updates to associates using group text or SMS platforms
