Salary: $65,000 - $87,500 per year.

• Competitive hourly pay with annual bonus potential

• Oversee daily operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
• Lead and manage a team of six associates with coaching and performance oversight
• Develop and manage budgets and financial reporting to meet NOI targets
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and internal policies
• Drive leasing performance and occupancy through strategic marketing
• Maintain property standards through inspections and service coordination
• Implement resident retention programs and resolve escalated concerns

• Associates Degree preferred
• 2+ years of property management experience
• Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, and lease administration
