2. Lead key quality meetings to drive routine information disposition and action for successful QMS deployment
3. Ensure completion of audits required to remain compliant to certified industry standards
4. Drive customer satisfaction by striving to prevent quality escapes and timely follow-up on escapes
5. Partner with process engineering in root cause analysis of production issues (scrap, etc.) to compel yield improvement, implementing process control and revising documentation (SOPs) 6. Leverage quality software system to strengthen quality (Q-Pulse) 7. Support quality process improvements to achieve appropriate industry certifications
8. Ensure proper validation of incoming material/service supply from external sources Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support in maintaining certification to industry standards Drive root-cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions for process-related concerns Oversee nonconforming material control and disposition (MRB, RMAs, etc.) Perform audits, as required, to support Semidice quality management system Develop and conduct training sessions for administrative and factory personnel Provide technical assistance and support to manufacturing personnel and other departments, as needed Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies Interface/communicate with the customer for audits, noncompliance issues, or other business-related activities Other
Duties & Responsibilities:
Build meaningful and productive relationships with business partners (e.g. Operations, Sales, and Process Engineering) Proactively participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Communicate effectively with all levels of employees Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures Comply with all quality policies, practices and procedures Perform other duties assigned (ESD, PCN, etc.)
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years in Quality Engineering Experience working in electronics manufacturing facility strongly preferred Experience working in AS9100, ISO
9001 or ISO
13485 environment a significant plus
Experience with in the military/aerospace industry (or other highly regulated industry) a plus Knowledge of MIL-Specs/Standards a plus Lean Six Sigma experience: green belt preferred ESD experience is a plus Job
