Thegoalofthisengagementisnotsimplyavisualredesign.

Wearelookingforsomeonewhocanunderstandhowcustomersusetheproducttoday,identifyusabilityproblemsandunnecessarycomplexity,andredesignkeyworkflowssotheapplicationiseasiertolearn,navigate,and operate.

Theconsultantwillworkwithproduct,development,support,andotherinternalstakeholdersand,where appropriate,observeorinterviewactualusers.

Theconsultantwill:

• Reviewtheexistingapplication,workflows,navigation,terminology,and interface.
• Meetwithinternalstakeholderstounderstandcommoncustomerissues,support challenges,andbusinessrequirements.
• Conductuserinterviewsand/orusabilitysessionswithrepresentativeusers.
• Identifyusabilityproblems,confusing workflows,unnecessary steps,and
• opportunitiesforsimplification.
• Prioritizefindingsbasedonuserimpactandimplementationeffort.
• Developimprovedinformationarchitectureanduserflows.
• Createwireframesandinteractiveprototypesforpriorityworkflows.
• Developamodern,consistentUX/UIdirectionthatcanbeextendedthroughouttheproduct.
• Validateproposeddesignsthroughusabilitytestingandstakeholderreview.
• Workwiththedevelopmentteamtoensurerecommendationsarepracticaltoimplement.

Atthecompletionoftheproject,CISolutionsshouldreceivea UXModernization Package containing:

• Aprioritizedroadmapforimprovingareasoftheproductnotredesignedduringtheinitialengagment

Wearelookingforsomeonewith:

• 7+yearsofUX,product design,orequivalentexperience.
• ExperienceredesigningestablishedB2B,SaaS,enterprise,oroperationalsoftware.
• StrongUXresearchandusability-testing skills.
• Experiencesimplifyingcomplexworkflowsratherthanonlyimprovingvisual
• appearance.
• Stronginteractionandinformation-architecture skills.
• Proficiency with Figmaorcomparabledesign/prototyping tools.
• Experiencecreatingscalabledesignsystems.
• Abilitytocommunicatedirectlywithusers,developers,product stakeholders,and executives.
• Aportfoliodemonstratingmeasurableusabilityimprovementstoexistingproducts.
• Experiencewithadministrativesoftware,identity/badge systems,printing workflows,education technology,orotherworkflow-heavyapplicationsisaplus.
