• Valid certification as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker.
• Demonstrated experience developing effective behavior intervention plans.
• Proven ability to support and train staff in positive behavior management strategies across various settings.
• Skilled in conducting pre-referral and comprehensive evaluative activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for supporting multiple sites.
• Commitment to best practices in school-based mental health and student support services.

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for elementary students.
• Provide hands-on support and consultation to teachers and staff regarding classroom and school-wide behavior management.
• Conduct assessments, behavioral observations, and pre-referral activities.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with educators and families.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation as required.
• Work exclusively onsite, serving students and staff in-person for 7 hours daily.
