COMPA Industries is supporting hiring efforts for multiple Project Controls 3 openings at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) supporting critical weapons production and nuclear modernization programs within TA-55.
This is an opportunity to work on highly visible, mission-critical DOE projects in a secure, technically complex environment where your expertise in scheduling, EVMS, and cost controls directly impacts national security initiatives.
- Schedule:
4/10 or 9/80 flexible schedules - Pay: $63 - $69/hr
- Duration:
Long-term assignment with extension potential - Per Diem:
Available for qualified candidates - Clearance:
Must be able to obtain a DOE Q Clearance
- Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules
- Perform cost estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support planning and scheduling efforts using Primavera P6
- Utilize Deltek Cobra for project controls and EVMS reporting
- Identify project trends and support corrective action planning
- Work closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams supporting nuclear operations
Bachelor’s Degree + 8+ years of relevant experience
Strong background in:
- EVMS / Cost Controls
- DOE, DOD, Nuclear, or highly regulated industries
Experience supporting complex engineering or construction programs
Ability to work in a secure and fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience- Active DOE Q Clearance
- Previous LANL or DOE site experience
- Experience supporting weapons production or nuclear facility programs
