Enterprise Production Manager

Position Overview

Tech Source delivers specialized technical and enterprise expertise supporting national security missions at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The Enterprise Production Manager (EPM) is a 12‑month onsite contract role focused on digital transformation, production system modernization, and enterprise architecture improvements across multiple LANL programs. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. No supervisory duties.

• Support digital transformation and modernization of production systems.
• Map enterprise production architecture and data flows.
• Assist with production lifecycle management tools and Bill of Materials integration.
• Introduce RFID/Bluetooth technologies into harsh or restricted environments.
• Evaluate data interfaces, user interface needs, and centralized data integration.
• Conduct gap analyses on current vs. future digital production tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure and workflow improvements across multiple projects.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, industrial technology, or related technical field; advanced experience may substitute.
• Department of Energy Q security clearance required; TS may be considered for rapid start.
• 5+ years of experience in production operations, enterprise systems, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience with PLM tools, production architecture mapping, or manufacturing lifecycle systems.
• Knowledge of RFID/Bluetooth technologies and deployment in demanding environments.
• Understanding of data interfaces, data warehouses, and connected production workflows.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure production environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; able to support multiple projects concurrently.
