* ** Computing Systems Professional 1 $ 72,800 - $115,400*
* As a CSP1, the successful candidate will support customers and their systems across both unclassified and classified networks by assisting with Windows system administration, participating in routine operational tasks, troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems, and supporting specialized peripherals such as x ray devices. The role includes maintaining professional communication while working directly with customers and stakeholders, as well as helping integrate unconventional devices under tight timelines.
A CSP1 should bring a basic understanding of Windows Server or Windows operating system concepts, the ability to follow documented processes while receiving guidance from senior staff, professionalism in both written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn vulnerability remediation and enterprise security practices.
** Computing Systems Professional 2 $ 87,800 - $143,000*
* In addition to what was outlined at the lower level, at this As a CSP2, the successful candidate will administer Windows systems across unclassified and classified networks, support specialized peripherals including x ray equipment, and handle routine administration, troubleshooting, and system monitoring with greater independence. They will work directly with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders while maintaining clear, professional communication, and they will be responsible for integrating non standard devices and ensuring reliable operation under tight operational deadlines.
A CSP2 should have hands on experience with Windows Server, a working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper V, demonstrated experience managing equipment in alignment with cybersecurity best practices, the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and technical teams, and strong troubleshooting skills with the capability to resolve common server issues.
