• High preference for NP with experience
• Work alongside 5 MDs and 7 APPs in an outpatient Primary Care setting
• Option for Urgent Care shifts
• Option for 4-day work week
• Private Practice emphasizes patient/provider relationships and has an average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary starting of $125-150K, full and comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, CME, and PTO
• Sign‑on and relocation of $10,000

• Less than one hour to historic Santa Fe, allowing you to escape to a big city with over 300 restaurants and a local airport any day of the week
