Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Services

Los Alamos Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse with experience in emergency services to join our team. This role supports the department’s clinical, operational, and administrative needs.

• Demographic, clinical, insurance, financial, and complete medical records

Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is present for all employees.

Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.

3x12/4x10/5x8 shifts, days (7a‑7p)/nights (7p‑7a), rotating weekends or every third weekend, with on‑call and holiday coverage. Shift flexibility may be required.

• Current state RN license
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
