Giving Home Health Care in Los Alamos, NM is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home patient care under physician-established care plans, on a 1099 contract. Shifts cover Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 11am–7pm.
You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians to deliver hands-on care, document progress, monitor vitals, and ensure patient safety xible scheduling supports lasting patient relationships and professional growth.
