Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) located in Los Alamos, this position entails providing high-quality nursing care within a MED/SURG TELE unit. The role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients, primarily focusing on surgical and telemetry monitoring, with a need for teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Nursing license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, minimum of two years of experience, experience caring for surgical patients, ability to assist in other units, capable of reading and interpreting telemetry strips
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in Stepdown Units, telemetry interpretation skills
• Responsibilities:
  Provide care for adult and geriatric patients, prioritize patient safety, collaborate with team members, adapt to unit needs, and follow documented procedures
• Schedule:
  
  Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional Information:
  Be able to assist in other units. Rarely happens.
