Our Surgical Services team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative experience. Working alongside skilled surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists, you’ll support a wide range of surgical specialties in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on quality, safety, and clinical excellence.

How you'll contribute

An Operating Room Circulator (OR Circulator) RN who excels in this role:

  • Coordinates patient care throughout all phases of surgery
  • Performs preoperative patient assessments and verifies surgical readiness
  • Maintains a safe, sterile environment and ensures compliance with AORN standards
  • Advocates for patient safety before, during, and after procedures
  • Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Documents patient care, procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely
  • Assists with positioning, specimen handling, and intraoperative patient monitoring
  • Participates in on-call rotation as required

What we're looking for Applicants should have a current New Mexico or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred, Associates required
  • Certifications
    :
    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred, but must have within 30 days of hire.
