What You Will Do
We seek a postdoctoral research associate to work within the Quantum and Condensed Matter Physics Group. The role involves conducting basic and applied theoretical research in quantum matter, strongly correlated systems, quantum information science, quantum computing, quantum photonics, materials physics, nonequilibrium dynamics, statistical physics, applied energy, and AMO physics. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team of scientists at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Minimum requirements:
- Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science completed within the last five years.
- Strong skills in condensed matter theory and/or quantum systems with an excellent scientific record of publications.
- Ability to work creatively as part of a diverse team and independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Desired qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in professional scientific contexts.
Los Alamos, NM (onsite). The location is at the discretion of management.
