Order Picker & Deliveries - Warehouse

Home Depot is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker & Deliveries professionals to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for timely delivery. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and thrives in a team-driven warehouse environment focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Prepare orders for outbound delivery, ensuring correct labeling and documentation
• Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspect products for damage, quality and quantity accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, delivery teams and inventory staff
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as required

• Ability to read and understand pick lists, labels and delivery instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift, carry and move heavy items
• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

• Previous warehouse, logistics or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with order picking, packing or delivery preparation is an advantage
• Training will be provided for motivated entry-level candidates

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Day, evening and weekend shifts may be required based on operational needs
• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak periods
