Fund Operations Associate

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with broad exposure across fund operations, treasury, client service, and cross-functional initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to build scalable processes, leverage automation and AI, and make a direct impact as the platform continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fund operations across a large and growing fund platform
• Process capital calls, distributions, wires, and cash activity
• Manage bank reconciliations and monitor fund cash flows
• Support lines of credit, including advances, repayments, and reconciliations
• Track and reconcile fund fees, expenses, and carried interest accruals
• Partner with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and internal teams to resolve breaks
• Support advisors and investors with operational inquiries
• Build more scalable, automated workflows as the platform grows
