Our treatment coordinators are vital in providing our patients with a best-in-class experience. Through patient education, our treatment coordinators ensure our patients fully understand what their treatment plans involve and help to increase case acceptance. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for managing treatment plans, collecting co-pays and balances, and scheduling patients for their next visit. By joining our team, you will have:
Work Schedule: M-F 7:45am-5pm, one closing shift per week ending at 5:30pm
Compensation Range: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience
Qualifications:
- Dental office experienced 2 - 4 years required
- Prio working experience with Idental Soft (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service by creating a calm and warming environment.
- Act as a liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient.
- Review treatment plan with patients, answer questions and concerns, discuss financial options, and make financial agreements regarding treatment, cost, and method of payment
- Collect payments and copays.
- Monitor, schedule, and call patients to fill any Doctor or Hygiene openings.
- Ensure that patients with outstanding balances are informed of the practice’s financial policy.
- Schedule new patients within two to four days of their initial call.
- Ensure that all patient records are current and accurate.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
