Way to Go is looking for caring, responsible, and energetic team members to join our After School Program at Bullis Charter School. These positions are ideal for college students studying Child Development, Education, Physical Education, or related careers who are looking for a meaningful part-time job after classes.

TK-K After School Care Instructor's main roles are to support our youngest students through structured play, arts & crafts, basic academic guidance, and social‑emotional development in a warm and safe environment.

• Bullis Charter School North: 102 W Portola Ave #1210, Los Altos, CA 94022

• After School (Part-Time):
  Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Summer Camp (Full-Time):
  June 8 – July 31
• Opportunity to continue for the following school year

Start Date:

ASAP

Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

• Supervise and engage groups of up to 15 children
• Lead activities, games, and structured routines
• Support a safe, fun, and positive learning environment
• Help with transitions, snack time, and outdoor play

• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
• Experience working with children
• College students in Child Development, Education, Physical Education, or related fields strongly encouraged to apply
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Background check required (cost covered by us)
• Ability to lead and manage a group of 15 students

• Patient, team-oriented, and passionate about working with kids
