* dedicated to nurturing every child’s natural curiosity and love of learning. Our play-based, developmentally appropriate program balances structure and exploration, helping children build confidence, creativity, and independence.
* Student-to-teacher ratio: 5:1
* * Position Summary
* We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic
* Preschool Teacher
* to join our 2- and 3-year-old program. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and passionate about creating a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment.
* Schedule
* * Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8 - 4
* Includes prep time, monthly staff meetings, and participation in school events
* Pay and Benefits

* * Hourly Pay:* $20–$26 (based on education and experience)

* Qualifications
* * AA degree
* preferred* in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
* Minimum
* 12 semester (18 quarter) ECE units* – _Teacher Qualified_
* * At least 1 year
* of classroom experience
* * California Child Development Teacher Permit
* or willingness to apply
* * CPR/First Aid Certification* (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent observation, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills
* Flexible, creative, and proactive “team player” attitude
* Physically able to meet the demands of working with young children
