Required Qualifications and SkillsCandidates require a BS with 6-10 years, MS with 5-9 years, PhD with 3-7 years, or 9-13 years of equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in PyTorch and/or Tensor Flow is necessary, with hands‑on experience in building, fine‑tuning, evaluating, and deploying large language models. Experience with multimodal data, including text and images, and understanding associated data characteristics and pipeline requirements is also required.
A proven track record of deploying and maintaining machine learning systems in production environments is essential, along with experience with AWS services for machine learning workloads and strong Python fundamentals. The ability to consult effectively with researchers and translate technical requirements into actionable solutions is also a key qualification.
