Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
  • Deeply understand clients’ and prospects’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
  • Create an engaging environment in the branch that fosters mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Qualifications
  • At least one of the following: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work‑related experience in the securities/financial services industry, financial services and or sales experience, financial services registration, licensing, or certification, or professional and/or military career progression.
Licensing Requirements
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations are required. If not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
  • FINRA registrations must be in place within three months. State insurance licenses are also required.
  • Ongoing training will be required to maintain FINRA and SEC licenses, as well as CE training to keep licenses in good standing.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, profit sharing, incentive travel, 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, flexible spending account, and various voluntary and basic insurance coverages.
