Overview

Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for products and services uncovered during business interactions and/or conversations. This role will be expected to travel to various Financial Centers within the market.
Responsibilities- Promote a positive customer experience by consistently providing best‑in‑class customer satisfaction and applying key customer experience behaviors with a friendly demeanor.
- Build rapport with the customer base and understand account ownership.
- Answer and locate answers to customer questions, find solutions to issues, and act confidently.
- Respond timely to correspondence and resolve problems.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to maintain efficient office operations and balance records in line with policy.
- Stay current on bank policies, financial center procedures, and changes.
- Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally and refer more complex issues to leadership as needed.
- Make sound judgment while following established guidelines and procedures.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales referral targets set by management.
- Participate in daily huddles, sales meetings, and staff meetings.
- Maintain knowledge of the full line of retail products and services, and seek assistance for development as necessary.
- Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and effectively refer customers to business partners for selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services.
- Use appropriate tools to track referrals to business partners.
- Review tools and dashboards daily to monitor referral progression and ensure proper disposition of referrals.
- Continuously increase knowledge and skills through self‑motivation, formal education, seminars, and in‑house training.
Skills and Abilities
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Extensive cash handling with advanced math abilities.
- Professional image and confident public interaction skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures acquired through at least two years of CSR experience.
- Initiative, sound judgment in decision‑making, diplomacy, and problem‑resolution tact.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude toward coworkers and management.
- Flexible scheduling.
- SAFE Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
Normal office environment with extended computer screen time. Travel will be required.
CompensationBase salary range: $43,680.00 – $69,900.00 USD per year.
