  Competitive pay$25–$40 per hour + commission + service bonuses, with strong earning potential as you build your clientele and grow within the salon We promote our stylists and support them in growing their business
  Our front desk manages scheduling and books appointments for you

  Aveda salon environment Ongoing education and professional development
  Aveda color training provided if you are not familiar with the line

• Minimum4 years experience
  in haircutting and hair color
  Strong technical skills in both cutting and coloring.Strong technical skills in both cutting and coloring.
  shear cutting and barbering techniques. Up-to-date with modern hair color trends
  Excellent communication and client service skills. California Cosmetology License required

This position is ideal for experienced stylists who are confident in their technical skills and excited to grow their clientele in a supportive, professional salon.
