We are seeking a full-time Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team at our Los Altos, CA location. This on-site role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry that meets their style and preferences, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and contributing to a welcoming retail environment. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting store operations as needed.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and understanding their needs
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience
• Experience in retail sales, including a talent for building relationships and meeting sales goals
• Familiarity with fine jewelry and a passion for providing insight and guidance to customers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining product displays
• Ability to work on-site and deliver excellent service in a team environment
• Previous experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or similar industries is a plus
