Giants Summer Camps is seeking an energetic, positive Site Director to lead our summer youth baseball and softball camps throughout the Bay Area. You will inspire campers, manage staff, and ensure a high‑quality learning experience that fosters a love of the game and an appreciation for personal accountability.

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers, delivering the camp experience at a high level.
• Execute the San Francisco Giants Baseball Camps curriculum daily under the Site Director’s direction.
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games.
• Highlight teachable moments for campers and coaches to learn and grow.
• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to uphold the Giants Baseball Camps stellar reputation.

• Be prepared to make a 10‑week commitment Monday‑Friday for approximately eight hours per day (June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026).
• Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable personal transportation.
• Pass a comprehensive background screening.
• Demonstrate polished professional leadership ability.
• At times drive a rented cargo van and park safely (fuel cost reimbursed for work‑use only).
• Familiar with the basic fundamentals of baseball.
• Comfortable with technology to ensure efficient camp operations.
