Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data.
- 2+ years of accounting experience in both public and corporate environments.
- Understand U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks thoroughly.
- Use accounting systems such as Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP proficiently.
- Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills in daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Possess a CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Bring a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
