We are looking for a Great Senior Property Accountant to join our growing team. We have a team made up of 20+ accounting individuals and are looking to grow the team a bit more.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

Hybrid work schedule available with a 3 days in office / 2 days remote arrangement. Great leadership and a strong bonus package are part of the role.

• 4-5+ years of real estate accounting experience (ideally residential/multifamily)
• A degree in accounting (required)
• Experience with one of the larger accounting software packages (Yardi, MRI, Real Page, etc.)
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
