International Media Conglomerate is searching for a tax senior based in LA. Fantastic brand that is known internationally. This company produces and distributes content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of corporate tax compliance and provision experience, ideally from a national CPA firm. You will join a good stable team with low turnover.
They are only four days in office. Very flexible, especially during busy season.
Job Responsibilities- Preparation of federal/state income/franchise tax returns, in accordance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather necessary financial data and documentation for tax return preparation.
- Preparation of federal and state estimated tax and extension payment calculations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to tax authorities.
- Assist with tax budget forecasting.
- Support the preparation of the consolidated US current and deferred income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.
- Coordinate with other business contacts to address cross‑functional tax issues.
- Conduct tax research.
