Our client, a growing real estate investment firm, is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Property Accountant to support the financial reporting and operations of a diverse property portfolio. This role partners closely with property management, leasing, and leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financials.
What You’ll Do- Manage full‑cycle property accounting, including AP/AR, tenant billing, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Support property budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with property managers, development, and leasing teams to ensure clean and accurate reporting
- Assist with year‑end audits, tax filings, and external auditor requests
- Identify process improvements to strengthen accounting operations
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of property or real estate accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and real estate accounting principles.
- Proficiency with property management systems; advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally.

- $100,000 to $120,000/yr + bonus
