Assistant HR Manager - Talent Acquisition & Operations

Working Days:
Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays.

Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift).

We are looking for a Team Lead – US Accounts with strong English communication skills, keen eye for detail, well‑versed in accounting principles, financial analysis and compliance. The candidate must be willing to work the night shift supporting international operations.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports and forecasts.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Handle statutory audits, tax audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting and audits.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
• Communicate effectively with international clients and management teams.

• 5–8 years of experience in US Accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and/or ERP systems.
• Knowledge in Quick Books is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in the night shift.
