Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records, schedules, and ledgers to support financial operations
- Coordinate monthly close activities with external accounting partners
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including support for quarterly billing cycles
- Prepare financial schedules and reports for review by senior leadership
- Document accounting procedures and assist with audit preparation and compliance
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
- Familiarity with budgeting, accruals, and short-term forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage Intacct, Excel, and
- A strong understanding of corporate payment platforms and financial workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience in wealth management or public accounting is a plus
- CPA certification or active candidacy is preferred but not required
