Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and submit invoices through P2P platforms such as Coupa and Ariba based on client-specific requirements.
- Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions in the ERP system.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing roles.
- Use P2P platforms proficiently to manage invoicing and payment processes.
- Understand the full invoice lifecycle and P2P workflows.
- Work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, in the Los Angeles, CA area.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite.
- Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills in daily tasks.
- Use Microsoft Excel proficiently, including functions like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability in financial documentation.
