Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and monitor client cash flow
- Process payroll using various platforms
- Conduct reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
- Assist with quarterly and annual filings such as sales tax, city business licenses, and 1099s
- Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting preferred
- 3+ years of bookkeeping and business management experience
- Proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software's (Quick Books)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with clients and staff
