Job Title: Senior Accountant

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 / year

Join a fast-growing, nationally recognized real estate investment firm with a large multifamily portfolio across high-growth U.S. markets. We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of an affordable housing portfolio and partner closely with asset managers, investors, and lenders.

• Prepare monthly financials, reconciliations, and reporting packages
• Manage investor distributions, capital calls, and lender reporting
• Coordinate with joint venture partners and internal teams
• Support budgets, forecasts, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills
• Experience with property accounting systems (Real Page a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
