Tax Associate

• This is a hybrid role, combining in‑office collaboration with meaningful work‑from‑home flexibility.
• Salary range of $65,000–$85,000, depending on experience.
• Monday–Friday schedule with busy season expectations that are firm, but realistic.
• Exposure to individuals, small businesses, and more complex returns as you develop.

• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns in a CPA firm setting.

• Comfort with common tax software, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
