This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Tax Preparer, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, communicating with clients and government agencies, identifying tax‑saving opportunities, and maintaining accurate and organized records.

Additionally, the role involves assisting clients with tax planning and advising on financial decisions to minimize liabilities.

• Proficiency in tax preparation and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities
• Strong abilities in financial analysis, auditing, and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of current tax laws, legislation, and reporting standards
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client consultation and teamwork
• Proficiency with tax preparation software, financial reporting tools, and other accounting technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a CPA firm or tax preparation role is advantageous
