QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related finance degree
• CPA certification or in the process of obtaining it
• Reputation of integrity, even in conflictive situations
• Ability to produce high-quality work while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required), Citrix and Pro System (desired)
• Ability to build and maintain open and trusting relationships
• Ability to work effectively in teams, whether as a member or leader
• Self-motivation to grow professionally and serve with excellence
• Responsibility for projects, completing them within the agreed time and resources, and actively learning
• Desire to work as a professional in a CPA firm with focus, vision, mission, and core values

• Contribute as a productive audit team member, working on moderately complex audit engagements to provide excellent, timely service to clients. Demonstrate dedication and innovation through active participation in firm initiatives.
• Build and maintain proactive, professional relationships with clients for assigned engagements.
