Role Summary
The Trust Accounting Associate (Processor) – TV provides accounting services for Agents and clients, including logging and maintaining booking reports, processing payments, and generating invoices.
Responsibilities- Apply deposits for current projects to individual bookings.
- Actively research and collect data/back‑up for incoming payments/receipts that need to be identified.
- Attach appropriate supporting documentation to payments.
- Provide information as requested by Agent's Offices and Coordinators.
- Review unclaimed/held checks/wires to identify resolution.
- Maintain clean and organized desks.
- Perform other accounting tasks as requested by Supervisors and management.
- Escalate issues, as needed, to the responsible Trust Accounting Supervisor.
- Support systems and process improvement projects.
- Follow up on funds on hold and invoice follow‑up.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Entertainment experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and represent the company culture.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment.
- Unimpeachable integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 10‑key by touch typing – 45 wpm minimum.
- Good organizational skills; able to multi‑task.
- Initiative and willingness to ask for more work if needed.
This role is hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office.
CompensationBase hourly rate: $27.00 – $30.00. Compensation may vary based on experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location.
