Senior VP of Accounting

This executive will be responsible for leading and scaling an established accounting organization, strengthening internal controls, modernizing processes through automation, and building a high-performing team to support continued growth and change.

• Lead the accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and close
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing accounting team
• Strengthen internal controls and improve policies, procedures, and documentation
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation to improve scalability and efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally to support business initiatives and operational improvements
• Oversee external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Provide accounting leadership for complex initiatives and strategic projects
• Contribute to longer-term planning and continuous improvement of the accounting function

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant senior leadership experience
• Must have experience in the software as a service, entertainment or similar industry
• Demonstrated success leading accounting teams through growth and change
• Strong internal controls, compliance, and process improvement background
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and systems implementations (Net Suite a plus)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus
• CPA required (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred
• Executive-level communication skills; ability to influence across leadership teams
