Key Responsibilities- Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Perform cost accounting functions including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting
- Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing costs and improve efficiencies
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial reporting
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong background in manufacturing or cost accounting (highly preferred)
- Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis is a major plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- ERP system experience preferred (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA track is a plus
