• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Perform cost accounting functions including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting
• Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing costs and improve efficiencies
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial reporting

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong background in manufacturing or cost accounting (highly preferred)
• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis is a major plus
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• ERP system experience preferred (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA track is a plus
