We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Manage all aspects of the company’s financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of expenses.
• Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors in financial records.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quick Books or SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification.
• Experience working in a multinational company.

Salary: $1200 per month, negotiable based on qualifications.
