Job Description
Silvus Technologies seeks an Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager who will report to the Senior Accounting Manager on the Finance team. The successful individual in this role will lead the full AR cycle including invoicing, collections, reserves, and oversee accounts payable inquiries and vendor communication. This position manages the Accounts Receivable team and supports month‑end close.
This position is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA, and follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three onsite days (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).
Role and ResponsibilitiesOversee the full‑cycle AR process from order release to receipt and monitor AR reports to ensure accuracy and proactive collection efforts.
Oversee AP inquiries and streamline communication with vendors and internal teams.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior AR staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Maintain financial procedures and controls throughout the department with multiple direct reports.
Oversee the accounting process for accounts receivable, client collections, and associated reserves.
Supervise accounts payable reporting processes to ensure accurate disbursements.
Manage monthly close activities, including journal entry and account reconciliation review, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Accounts Receivable and Payable accounts.
Engage in ad‑hoc reporting to assist management in the decision‑making process.
Perform other related duties as representative of the position.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of finance experience (3+ years of AR experience preferred), with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Resourceful; can devise creative solutions to problems.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
Current CPA license.
Previous experience with Oracle and Tableau.

Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 annually
