Fund Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $125,000 per year.

• Oversee accounting for investment funds, including maintaining records and preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Review transactions, cash activity, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Coordinate capital activity such as funding requests, distributions, and financing arrangements.
• Analyze valuation inputs and provide feedback on changes in asset values and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support reporting, audits, and process improvements.

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to investment or real estate environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Previous experience working with joint venture structures or fund level accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for financial analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Professional certification and public accounting experience.
